    Nationals

    1. Do I need to make an appointment?
      1.  Answer: No. At nationals, we photograph everyone, automatically. We bring enough photographers to cover every event unless an agreement with the club prevents us from covering certain events.
    2. Can I see the pictures on line?
      1. Answer: Yes, all you have to do is request us to upload your class, or folder. We do not automatically put every class up due to the large quantity of pictures taken. We want to make sure that we have time to get up the ones that people want to see.
    3. I requested that you put my class up yesterday but I still don’t see it. Why?
      1. We take thousands and thousands of pictures at a national. The first priority is to upload the win photos, then we upload classes and folders in the order that they were requested. This takes time and bandwidth. Be patient, we will get them up.
    4. What if I don’t like my win shot?
      1. No worries. You are welcome to have a re-shoot with the Judge or if the Judge has left, then we can re-shoot the picture and I will drop the Judge into your photo (If I have a picture that will work with the judge). Still not happy with the picture, then you are not required to purchase it. We never want you to buy something that you are not happy with.
    5. Can I get my pictures at the show?
      1. Yes, we will deliver digital pictures at all shows and prints at most shows. This includes win shots and all our other pictures. Prints are required to be ordered prior to the last day so we will have time to edit and print them. If you are staying over till the next day, we may be able to deliver them to you the next morning. Pictures that require extensive editing may have to be mailed. We want you to have the best quality picture rather than “just a picture”.
    6. Do you mail out my win shot automatically?
      1. No. In today’s times, people prefer to look and choose their pictures. This way they get to see all the pictures taken instead of just ones we want you to have. You can order them digital, printed or both. We will send a mail out upon request, just call and provide your arm band number and contact info and we will get back with you.
    7. I like my win picture but my eyes are closed, what can we do?
      1. I can do a thing I call, de-cap and re-cap. What I do is take a head from one of your other pictures and place it over the one that is not good. There is a small editing fee from $5.00 to $10.00 according to the complexity, but it really makes a great difference in the final product. I can do this for the Judge or anyone else in the picture as long as I have a head to swap it out with.
    8. Can you upload my folder during the show for the owners?
      1. Most often no. Most hotels do not have strong enough WIFI for us to upload folders or classes. If it is real important for them to view the pictures right then, I can upload them using my hotspot. There will be a fee based on the size of the folder or class.
    9. I own one dog and co-owner one with the breeder, can I get both dogs on one cd and get the multiple dog discount?
      1. No. Our policy is based on the fact that the dogs must live with you at least 2/3s of the time. Our prices are very reasonable and we would not be able to offer these multi-dog discounts if we had to include co-owners.
    10. I want to buy a picture of a dog I breed. Can I do that?
      1. Yes, with permission from the owner. We will not sell anyone a picture of someone else’s dog without the owner’s permission. We will sell to the owner’s representative, like a handler. This is a respect policy.
    11. How long will it be before I see the win shots online?
      1. We put the win shot up online as quickly as possible. I do have to drive home, crop and then upload them, often it takes 3-5 days after the show.
    12. I don’t see my class online. When will it be up?
      1. We do not automatically upload every class. Email us and request that we put your class up and we will put them up in the order that you requested them.

    Conformation Shows

    1. Do I need to make an appointment?
      1.  Answer: Yes. We do not charge to come photograph, but we only have 3-4 photographers at a time and there are a lot more rings operating at the same time. It lets us know that someone is interested in viewing their pictures at that ring.
    2. Can I see the pictures on line?
      1. Answer: Yes, all you have to do is request us to upload your class, or folder. We do not automatically put every class up due to the large quantity of pictures taken. We do recommend that you take the time to view your pictures at the show. There will be hundreds of pictures to look through and it is much easier to do it at the show instead of waiting on the internet to load each picture.
    3. I want pictures of my dog taken all four days, can I do that? Good question. We will take an appointment for 2 days free of charge, after that we require that you purchase all days if you want us to photograph more than that. We only have 3-4 photographers at a show and need to photograph other people  and other rings.
    4. I requested that you put my class up yesterday but I still don’t see it. Why?

    Agility

    1. Do I need to make an appointment?
      1.  Answer: No. At agility events we photograph every person in the ring that we are photographing. We photography one ring per day, unless it USDAA and then we try to cover it all.
    2. Can I buy all my pictures at a price I can afford?
      1. Yes, we offer single pictures but most people love the fact that they can get all their pictures for one low price. They can even choose to order one day or multiple days.
    3. How long does it take to receive my pictures?
      1. You get them at the show. We burn your pictures to a CD or a flash drive right at the show. You can even have your flash drive updated daily so you can post pictures that night on your favorite social media sites.
